We have over 25 years of experience designing and fabricating semi-robotic analytical characterization equipment, HEPA filters and nuclear material containers for DOE nuclear transportation, packaging and containment applications.

Aerospace

Paradigm has over 12 years experience manufacturing aerospace components for commercial and government space flight. Over the years we’ve developed broad partnerships with material suppliers and familiarity with FAI, FAR, DFAR and ITAR compliances, which mean fewer supply issues or regulatory holdups for your job. We can quickly and easily machine thin-walled, swept-surfaced components from aluminum or titanium, while our CAD CAM software fully simulates the manufacturing process to virtually eliminate any programming mistakes or possible machine collisions.

Turbo Machinery & Pumps

We manufacture turbo machinery components including impellers, blisks, inducers and housings. These components require programming simultaneous 5 Axis motion to tight tolerances, and CMM software that allows us to inspect these complex ruled, swept and composite surfaces directly from the CAD model. We’re also comfortable with the difficult machine alloys that can be used to design these components including Titanium, Hastelloy,® Inconel® and other super alloys.

Medical Components

Our suite of precision equipment and software produces the tight tolerances and surface finishes necessary for medical applications. We routinely machine alloys like titanium, chromium cobalt and PEE K plastics to our clients’ strict specifications.

Rapid Prototypes

Our quick-turn rapid prototyping services can provide you with a functional component without the wait you might expect. Our pricing is often competitive with SLS , FDM and SL A technologies while providing a highly accurate prototype with the exact material properties of your final part. We have also reduced tooling and pattern costs for many companies by machining parts that might normally be cast and then post machined.
